The aim of the course is to dialogue with the participants on the basic elements of the functioning and governance of business organizations. In particular, a comparison between a vision of the organizational model "complicated and ipercomplicato" based on systems and subsystems and an interpretative model of type "complex" based on the emergence of forms and behaviors.
