Students must have passed the examination of Economic Geography.
The in-depth economic geography module will focus on reflections agreed with the professor on issues developed in the course of Economic Geography through the study of some current topics of the debate on economic development analyzed with a geographical research scheme.
Each student will agree on their own program with the professor prior to the assignment of the research topic. The course aims to deepen some topics of the course of Economic Geography. In particular, we intend to focus on the relationship between economic geography and productive sectors in light of the most recent changes in paradigms and methodologies. It also proposes to students reflections on the relationship between geographical knowledge and information technologies.
The verification of the knowledge acquired through oral examination and support of individual written material.
