At the end of the course, students will acquire the main concepts for the management of commodities, the main production cycles with particular attention to aspects relating on the quality and certification of commodities and services, using technical and economic tools.

Knowledge and understanding - At the end of the course the student will be able to understand the dynamics that govern the analysis and management of raw materials, production cycles of commodities from a technical and economic point of view.

Making judgments - The student must be able to interpret the economic, technological and production issue related to the management of commodities and their related services.

Communication skills – Teaching aims is obtaining and using appropriate terminology and multidisciplinary communications for managing the production of commodities and their production cycles.
