EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
The course aims to develop the four main areas of study: examination of the systemic relations and properties emerging from the analysis of the corporate system; managerial models for the governance of private and public companies; parametric principles of business economics. The course aims to provide participants with the basic knowledge necessary for the analysis of the corporate system observed with the use of the main interpretative models developed in the theory and practice for the management of companies.
