By constantly using the PSC and the Value for Money that social assessment tool, the various profiles are examined, such as the actors involved, the risk system and the allocation of the same, the system of evaluation and business suitability, the legal juridical typologies of possible contractual relationships, the phases, the economic temperatures, the financial scaffolds to be prepared.
