In order to attend classes, students must have a level of English proficiency equal to B1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
The aim of the course is to provide students of the tools to access specific texts in the pharmaceutical sector and be able to argue on those scientific issues orally.
Lessons are based on the textual analysis of scientific articles and short essays in order to highlight those nouns related to the micro-language. Students also do some listening comprehensions through some selected videos and answer questions after watching them.

Frontal lessons based on the functional-communicative teaching approach.
The oral exam consists in a dialogue in English with the teacher to verify the knowledge of the contents and the speaking skills.
