The course aims to clarify the meaning to adopt social responsibility behaviors through organizational and managing aspects.
EXPECTED LEARNING OTUCOMES
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
The acquired knowledge about CSR will make able the students to develop communication aspects connected to CSR and recognize tha main social reporting tools and the most widespread standards and content related to both national and international. The last element is to identify which social, reputational and image benefits will result from a good CSR policy.
APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
At the end of the course the students will be able to develop autonomy of judgement and it will place the students in the position to make considerations about which company strategies or initiatives respond to a CSR logic. They will be able to identify which elements of advantage are subject to the choices of the companies themselves. They will learn concepts on the subject of corporate governance and management from the perspective of CSR.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
At the end of the course the students will have acquired communication skills for how to support the corporate image, as an integral part and a fundamental component for the corporate social responsibility policy.
