The course deals with issues concerning the organizational problems of the company. The course aims to provide a summary of the business organizational planning activity through a study of the main paths and tools of the constitutive and evolutionary aspects of the external environment that influence the organization's design activity.
In particular the students will have to: - Acquire the knowledge of the analysis tools of the competitive business context and the knowledge of the planning modalities of an organization. - Learn the possible solutions to the critical aspects of the reference environment of the organization in terms of uncertainty and dependence on resources
- Understand the dynamics of organizational change, the main types and related approaches that can be implemented to achieve the creation and implementation of successful change processes.
Expected learning outcomes:

Specifically, the student will: - know how to apply the tools for the planning of the organization in terms of contingent and structural elements and correctly interpret the results; - recognize and assess critical issues due to environmental variables - acquire implementation techniques that managers can use to achieve change and organizational innovation * Autonomy of judgment * The student must:
-develop one's own judgment autonomy in evaluating corporate governance and planning alternatives according to organizational, social and environmental sustainability criteria.
- acquire the full awareness of any organizational reality arguing for threats, opportunities, strengths and weaknesses in an organizational perspective. * Communication skills * Inherent to the communication skills, the student will have to make the necessary communication skills to be able to relate in a casual and safe way with the world of organizations. In particular, it must:
-develop the terminology and technique related to teaching;
- to discuss the hard and soft variables that govern the effective and efficient functioning of organizational processes;
-to know how to explain the determinants of the behavior of people within organizations at various levels, and the main tools the company has at its disposal to measure and increase their value in a testament of change.
