General and social pedagogy, in dialogue with special pedagogy and with other life sciences, contributes to the formation of the person for life, through a holistic and eco-systemic approach aimed at promoting complete well-being and the diffusion of a new health culture. The main objective of the course is to understand how the foundation of every relationship between the health professional and the patient is essential to build an effective educational relationship that, bringing the person in a state of sickness or need to the center, focus the attention on the communicative, psychoanalytic and educational psychology dimension. The role of special pedagogy will also be tackled, outlining the historical-cultural process underlying the concept of formative inclusion and the reflection on the meanings of normality, diversity, special normality implied in the design of individualized and personalized care pathways.
