Expected learning outcomes.
The educational objectives for the student include the achievement by the student of the following learning outcomes:
the course aims to impart the main notions of economic law (i.e. banking and financial markets law), with particular reference to banks and their activity, banking contracts, payment services, financial intermediation operations, regulation of listed markets and issuers.
Knowledge and understanding.
At the end of the course the student must have acquired the knowledge of the main legislative texts on the above subjects and be able to apply them to specific cases.
