At the end of the course the student will acquire
• In terms of knowledge: conceptual and theoretical bases regarding individual, group and organizational assessment and assessment processes; processes of recruitment and selection of human resources; theoretical references relating to bias and errors of assessment; updated information and approaches in traditional and digital recruitment; conceptual and operational knowledge of the entire staff assessment process, from entry to work, career, through performance, and outplacement; methodologies, validity and reliability of individual and group assessment and assessment procedures.
• In terms of skills: define a professional profile and its needs; manage the procedural and organizational aspects of the organizational assessment; select the best recruitment channels and strategic communication processes based on professional profile and resources; conceive a job advertisement, feedback to the assessed, and strategic communication; select suitable candidates from CV screening; structuring and conducting a job interview; design and conduct an assessment center; reporting of assessments, individual and group interviews and tests.
• In terms of Skills: planning the entire evaluation process in personnel selection (project, administration, management, evaluation, reporting), in training and in organizational consultancy; manage and select procedures, tools and tools for evaluation; manage the process of communicating selection results and feedback to candidates; effectively test candidates; conceive a job advertisement; prepare a successful interview; conducting job analysis, identifying predictors and selection criteria to make correct hiring decisions.
