At the end of the course the student:
He will have to be able to describe the evolution of the nursing profession
He will have to be able to describe what a discipline is, what characterizes it and forms its foundations.
He / she will have to be able to describe the meaning of phenomenon, concept, theory and will have to know the fundamental concepts of the metaparadigma of assistance (or nursing): person, environment, health, nursing care
He will have to know the fundamental concepts of some nursing theories in reference to the most representative theorems
He will have to know, be able to describe and apply the nursing process in all its phases
