Objectives

Acquisition of basic and advanced knowledge with reference to the profiles indicated in the "Contents" section

Contents

National legislation of tangible cultural heritage, with particular reference to the following profiles:
- The cultural value in the Constitution;
- The distribution of competences among territorial authorities on the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage;
- Regulation of activities related to the protection of cultural heritage;
- Regulation of activities related to the enhancement of cultural heritage;
- The collective use of the cultural heritage as a public service, between protection and valorisation;
- The management of the cultural heritage;
- Archives as cultural heritage and the declaration of confidentiality.

Extended Syllabus
