Objectives

The course aims to provide students with knowledge of the Italian industrial relations system, with particular reference to the role and functions of company bargaining. The course also aims to provide students with an understanding of how labour relations are managed, from their establishment to their termination.

Contents

Trends in labour law
The collective dimension - Industrial relations.
The individual employment relationship.
Protection against unemployment.

Extended Syllabus

The programme coincides with the content of the adopted and previously indicated manual, which is divided into three parts:
Part 1. Sources, principles, trends.
Part two. The collective dimension.
Part Three. The regulation of individual relations and worker protection.
