The course is dedicated to the knowledge of the system of protection of
minors in communications.
Communication - that is, the process that operates the methodological
principles of social prevention (partnership - co-responsibility -
information - training - evaluation - connection) - is itself the object of
social prevention:
a) for what, how and why it can be acted;
b) for the sources, contents, meanings, means and tools with which it
traverses human-social relations.
And it must be subject to social prevention when on the other side there
are minors and their due serenity.
In this regard, the course proposes the recognition of the principles,
structures and interventions of social prevention (public, private, private
non-profit) to defend and safeguard the rights of minors when they are
recipients of expert communication and its clients.
The system of protection (defense against potential damages) and
protection (safeguard of the rights) of minors in communications is the
framework that the course intends to recompose by obtaining the
relevant actions of:
- areas (State, Market, Third sector);
- documents (Declarations, Conventions, Constitutional Papers, Laws,
Deontological Papers);
- structures (Departments, Commissions, Committees, Observers,
Documentation and Analysis Centers, Independent Authorities, Research
Centers, Institutes, Associations);
- research and interventions.
