The module aims to achieve the following learning outcomes:. 1.With regard to knowledge and understanding. a. Knowledge of the field of study of ergonomics: history, theories, methods and tools. b. Knowledge about the worker’s well-being and health with particular reference to the concepts of psychosocial risk (stress, bullying, burnout), and reference models/theories; health prevention and protection. c.Knowledge of safety at work: legislation, human error, risk perception and accident.
2 With regard to applied knowledge: a. Know how to apply knowledge in the field of psychosocial risk assessment and monitoring in organizations and worker health protection.
