This Study Program aims to train suitable specialists who, having a solid basic sociological knowledge, can work in the fields of social analysis, in particular with reference to the problems of security and crime. In this direction, the issue of the prevention of criminal phenomena that passes through the elaboration of strategies aimed at their contrast, not in a purely repressive key but rather enhancing the integration processes and reinforcing - in a security perspective - the logic and the practices of social intervention.
