The course consists of several didactic modules concerning Veterinary Public Health, with particular reference to permanent surveillance in the area. Issues related to the management of outbreaks of infectious and diffusive diseases, the animal registry, the veterinary epidemiology, the inspection of food of animal origin, the diseases transmitted by food and the complex phenomenon of stray dogs / vagantism will be addressed. We will alternate theoretical lessons with practical experiences, directly on the territory.
