The course offers the tools to understand the legal phenomena related to the circulation of wealth. The acquisition of the ability to apply the knowledge received is done through the critical study of the legislation and the analysis of the most significant jurisprudence both in Europe and in Italy.
The course aims to provide knowledge on general topics of the law of debt securities.
The programme moves from the origins of credit instruments to the most recent and dematerialised forms of wealth circulation. Particular attention is paid to the laws of circulation of credit instruments
