The present course is in line with the more general framework of the Degree in and it aims at giving students the right psycho-social point of view by which observing different organizational and occupational settings, in order to be able to operate with a technical role in Public and private organizations or within career counselling and guidance services, as well as in order to enroll to a relative Master Degree.
In details, it aims at developing theoretical knowledge of organizational settings and of the psychological and social variables that impact organizational behaviours. The specific aims are:
-intriducing main theories of work and organizational psychology
-showing the main models and tools of psychological interventions in organizations
-analysing the main variables that impact HR management, with a particular attention to personnel selection.
