The course provides contents related to the management of organizational assessment processes, at individual, group and structural level.
The assessment processes of human resources management are transformed rapidly and technology has gained importance in each of them. From personnel administration to team management, passing through recruitment and data analysis (performance, climate, motivation, etc.), if a graduate intends to deal with human resources management, he will have to be able to know and manage the tools and methods of classical and digital evaluation, acquiring the underlying methodological principles.
To this end, the course will focus on the conceptual and operational bases for using the different tools, practices and approaches related to the assessment in human resources, with particular reference to the assessment of environmental, organizational and relational variables, to the recruitment and selection of personnel, to formative evaluation.
