The course will address a series of anthropological (evolutionism, the concept of Self), gnoseological (the brain, emotions, feelings, the unconscious, memory, language), ethical-social (the birth of society, loneliness, the good and
the evil, the morality between deontology, utilitarianism and innatism, the freedom of will, conformism, mirror neurons, abortion, euthanasia, transplants, the relationship between man and nature) and existential (religion, love, private property, justice, happiness, the meaning of life) themes.
