The course aims to support students in their knowledge of the meanings and approaches which characterise the disciplinary field of Pedagogy and Special Education for the promotion of school and social inclusion in view of the development of person and his/her project of life. To this end, it is necessary:
developing the coordinates and interpretative models of disability and human diversity, recognizing their intrinsic value;
learning the meaning and theoretical-practical foundations of the pedagogical and didactic approach to the person, knowing how to read the complexity and heterogeneity of intervention contexts for his/her inclusion in motor and sports activities;
becoming aware of the educational and training nature of the professional figures working in the field of motor and sports activities (teachers, educators, operators, etc.);
translating theoretical foundations into a project framework in the field of school activities and of support to the person with an educational and training character.
