At the end of the course, students will acquire the main concepts for the sustainable management of raw materials, of commodities, the main production using technical and economic tools.

Knowledge and understanding - At the end of the course the student will be able to understand the dynamics that govern the analysis and management of raw materials, production cycles of commodities from a sustainable point of view.

Making judgments - The student must be able to interpret the technological and production issue related to the sustainable management of raw materials, of commodities and their related services.

Communication skills – Teaching aims is obtaining and using appropriate technical-scientific terminology and multidisciplinary communications for sustainable management of raw materials, of commodities and their production cycles.
