Objectives

To know and to identify the current professional attributions of the healthcare aide, according to its evolution across time; to know and understand the concept of Health and to apply it in the cultural and socio-sanitary context;
To know and to understand what is and heathcare aide, its functions, the methodology and the means of the profession. rofessione
To learn the methodology and the means of critical observation and research, that allow to identfy needs, problems and means in diferent contexts. To understand the role of Ethics in everiday work . To know the role of cancer screening and chronic inflammation in the context of diseease prevention. Favoring participation to scrrening programs. Prevention of genetically determined diseases. Vaccines and vaccination

The course will be centered on the National health Plan, its terriitorial organizazion, the role of the Healhcare- Aide , the healthcare aide-patient relationship. Principles , objectives and means of an effective action in disease prevention. Cancer screening: general principles and application in selected areas.
