Knowledge of the physiopathology of heart failure and extracorporeal circulation techniques

Objectives

Acquisition of knowledge and skills on the interpretation of the signs and symptoms of heart failure as well as skills related to the management of heart failure cases from surgery to follow-up (monitoring of LVADs)

-The classification of heart failure
-notes on right catheterization
-Dilated cardiomyopathies
-Restrictive cardiomyopathies
-Surgical treatment of left ventricular aneurysms
-The treatment of functional mitral regurgitation
-Ischemic Mitralic iregurgitation and surgical treatment
-Mechanical assist devices: LVAD and TAH
-The heart transplantation
