The aim of the course is to:
introduce the knowledge of the principles of professional ethics and deontology and their operational implications;
provide a complete picture of information relating to the professional figure of the Dietitian, his training process, his skills and occupational fields.
All of these knowledge contributions will form the basis for reading the current healthcare reality and will favor, through the regulatory assumptions and professional problems, the development of critical reflection for research and professional practice.
