This new postgraduate course in law, markedly interdisciplinary, aims at creating a figure of a modern lawyer. She/he is to be employed in companies, administrations, non-governmental organisations that require professionals experienced in legal and institutional problems but with multidisciplinary skills, especially of an economic and business nature. The outgoing professional figure - devised after broad and fruitful consultation with the social partners, who have indicated its centrality in the current production context - is that of a consultant expert in internationalisation and organisational innovation of business, especially SMEs. The legal expert on internationalisation and business innovation is a professional figure with advanced skills and abilities that can be used both internally - particularly in the legal sector - and as a freelance worker. She/he is both a specialised consultant to develop specific projects of internationalisation and innovation and a highly qualified collaborator (paralegal) of international law firms. We pursue such goals through innovative learning methods and courses also provided in English. Seminars, case studies, laboratories, legal clinics, business accounts as well as internships in companies, institutions for the promotion of internationalisation and supranational economic institutions are all part of the syllabus. The Postgraduate course is open to three-year graduates in Legal Services (L-14), Law (LMG/01) and three-year graduates in the economic and business classes who have completed at least 63 CFUs in the legal, economic-business and statistical-sociological areas.
