Learning Objectives
The objectives of the course in Philological, Linguistic and Literary Studies includes the broadening of knowledge of a foreign European language. The main objective is to lead students to a B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Students must be able to understand concepts of a discourse of a certain length and also follow complex arguments, understand narrative texts, communicate in a sufficiently spontaneous and natural way in order to be able to interact with native speakers, express their opinions and be able to write clearly and articulately on a wide range of topics. The course will prepare students for the Cambridge Certificate Examination (First B2).
Abilities
At the end of the course students must be able to use the English language according to the B2 level of competence.

Students must acquire the necessary skills in order to be able to express themselves clearly and correctly.
Communicative skills
Students must be able to communicate with sufficient awareness on a wide range of complex topics
