Students are expected to acquire ground skills that will enable them to the study of the English language and its main linguistic features

CRITICAL SKILLS AND SELF-ASSESSMENT
Students will be able to examine a text from a phonological, morphological, syntactical, and lexical point of view, as well as from the perspective of genres. Students will also be able to acquire basic methodological competences for linguistic analysis

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Students must be able to process and relate the course contents in English. They are also expected to acquire basic specialized vocabulary for linguistic analysis
