Aims
Within the course of the three-year degree course and in the integrated course, this course aims to develop three main strands of study:
examination of systemic relationships and emerging properties from the analysis of the company system; analysis of the individual subsystems that comprise the unitary corporate system: organizational, management and information; the study of the general and particular equilibrium conditions of the companies.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course the students will demonstrate the acquisition of the basic knowledge necessary to analyze the company system in its conditions of existence and development, use the main interpretative models elaborated in doctrine and reference for the real management of companies, be able to manage a small business activity in the private health sector.
In terms of autonomy of judgment, therefore, the students of the course must be able to identify the fundamental elements for starting up and managing an entrepreneurial initiative and to use the tools for measuring the results to support their operational decisions.
The communication skills assumed by the students reside in the use of technical terminology and in the identification of any intervention actions for the maintenance of the equilibrium of the entrepreneurial activity.
