The objective of the first part of the course is to study the actions and interactions of individuals and groups in organizations, to understand and predict their individual, group and organizational performance, to explain their functioning by identifying possible areas for improvement. The objective of the second part of the course is to provide students with the skills and practical tools for organizational intervention needed to work within the human resources function, or to effectively manage staff and be mature consumers of services offered by the function.
The course aims to provide students with cognitive elements on the role that the Human Resource Management function plays within companies.
PART 1: Organizational behavior Module 1 - Motivation; Module 2 - Groups; Module 3 - Decisions; Module 4 - Leadership; Module 5 - Culture; Module 6 - Change.
PART 2: Tools for strategic management of human resources Module 7 - Analysis and design of tasks; Module 8 - Personnel planning, recruitment and selection; Module 9 - Mobility, development and careers; Module 10 - Evaluation of performance and potential; Module 11 - Remuneration and MBO; Module 12 - Training.

Oral examination on the topics covered during the course. Students are requested to study the topics in depth through the use of recommended textbooks. Access to the oral exam may be subject to passing a written test.
Students are received on on Wednesday, from 11 to 13.
