National legislation regarding the tangible cultural heritage, mainly focusing on the following objects:
- the cultural value in the Italian Constitution;
- the distribution of competencies between the different level of government (local, regional, national) in the management of cultural heritage;
- regulation of the activities aimed at the protection of cultural heritage;
- regulation of the activities aimed at the promotion of cultural heritage;
- the collective fruition of cultural heritage as public service, in the relationship between the protection and promotion of cultural heritage;
- the management of public cultural heritage.
