After offering the foundations of law sociology among the law sciences among the social political sciences and after addressing The methodological principles of institutional design for public policies in general social in particular , the monographic part will be focused on the managerial optimization of administrative administrative efficiency eliminating or at least minimizing the three pathologies indicative of dyifunctions namely : denied access , self-exclusion, improper recourse. More generally, Williamson's costs ( economic , organizational and contractual costs) , Crozier's spaces of uncertainty in which poorly designed processes and organizational charts create spaces of unmotivated informal power to profiles whose job description should not grant such space , the unnecessary proliferation of Keynesian bureaucracies , penalty inefficiency , dysfunctionality , huge increase in corruptive concussory dynamics etc . Williamson costs , spaces of uncertainty etc are some of the forms from which the three main dysfunctions mentioned above emerge . The monographic part delves into management optimization in function of efficiency in relation to the sustainability goals of the UN 2030 agenda as an example of excellence of how verticalization , convergence and centralization- flexible and lean in the style of Lean Thinking , Toyota Model and subsequent organizational models- are viable for virtuous and win -win patterns while decentralization , local autonomy etc. slide down the sloping plane of costs - not only economic - out of control.
