Within this course we will try to expose the basic concepts of that new niche of knowledge that seeks to investigate the fundamental aspects of emotions.
In light of these considerations, the course will aim to acquire knowledge of the fundamental elements of the process of Interpersonal Communication
Deepen the aspects of Interpersonal Communication, with particular attention to those inherent to the process of relationship
Acquire basic methodological knowledge, with particular attention to non-standard techniques, in order to develop the awareness necessary to be able to interact with method, within an organization, with a specific user.
