The course focuses on the historical evolution of the concept of quality in its broadest meanings e
on the stages through which an elementary concept has
gave birth to the formation of a real discipline
which ranges from technical to human sciences
and organizational, from industry to services, including those of the public administration. The Course includes
a broad examination of the analysis of quality systems,
of the quality management systems, of the
certifications, and evaluation methodologies
of customer satisfaction, dedicating particular
attention also to product quality with
reference to the agri-food sector.
